Piper Companies is looking for a proficient UAT Tester to support an IT services group for a prominent hospitality organization in Bethesda, MD. This contract-to-hire position is on a Hybrid schedule with occasional office visits to Bethesda, MD. The UAT Tester will define functional requirements and designs for innovative solutions aligning with clients' strategic objectives.
Responsibilities of the UAT Tester include :
Analyzing data patterns, trends, and anomalies, along with understanding of the hospitality domain
Provide ETL testing using appropriate tools to validate the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of ETL jobs
Identify creative solutions, assess alternatives, and collaborate with external vendors
Document requirements, integration, testing, and SLAs, and contribute to technology cost/resource estimates
Provide expertise in technology roadmaps, training, and field support before releases
Qualifications for the UAT Tester include :
Graduate degree and certifications like Scrum Master or Product Owner
Experience in data management, including data modeling, data warehousing, and proficiency in ETL processes
Knowledge of Snowflake Schema and Iceberg format
Familiarity with Zephyr in Jira for testing
Proficiency in SQL
Compensation for the UAT Tester include :
Hourly Range: $45/hr - $55/hr (**depending on experience**)
